Plans change — we get it! Whether you need to swap slots, update details, or remove your name, it’s easy to make changes to your sign up.
If you signed up with a SignUpGenius account
Log in to your account and look for the “Items I’ve Signed Up For” section on your dashboard.
Click the title of the sign up, and you’ll see options to edit, swap, or delete your slot.
If you signed up without an account
You can return to the sign up using the link from your original invitation or the confirmation email you received after signing up.
Once you open the sign up page, look for the message at the top that says: “Already signed up? You can change your sign up.”
Click that link and follow the steps to edit your slot.
Still can’t find the sign up?
If you’re having trouble locating the sign up, the sign up creator can help.
Open the sign up page and look for the “Created by” section in the general sign up information. Click the envelope icon next to their name to send them an email. Get a step-by-step guide to contacting the sign up creator here.
