From your SignUpGenius account, go to your profile and select Withdrawal Settings.
If you haven’t completed your setup yet, you’ll see a withdrawal checklist. Work through each section in order.
Confirm your payment profile information
First, confirm or fill in your payment profile information.
This includes the basic account details SignUpGenius uses to process your withdrawals.
Confirm your phone number
Next, confirm the phone number you want to use for two-factor authentication.
Two-factor authentication helps keep your account safe and is required before you can publish any payment page.
Verify your identity
Verify your identity using a government-issued ID and your camera.
This step helps confirm your information before funds can be transferred from your payment pages.
Link your bank account
Next, link the bank account where you’d like to receive funds.
This is the account SignUpGenius will use when you withdraw money collected through your payment pages.
Choose your credit card statement description
Finally, choose what payers will see on their credit card statements when they make a payment.
Choose a description they’ll recognize easily. This helps avoid confusion and can reduce the chance of payment disputes.
Complete your checklist
Once each item in your withdrawal checklist is complete, you’re all set to publish payment pages and start collecting funds.
Your withdrawal settings only need to be completed before you can transfer funds, so finishing them early can help keep your payment process running smoothly.
