Point-of-Sale Settings

By default, signatures are turned off at point-of-sale checkout for a faster experience. Organizers can turn on signatures in Point-of-Sale Settings on the iOS and Android mobile app.

Enable signature

Participant signatures can be part of the point-of-sale experience in the SignUpGenius mobile app. To turn on signatures for POS checkout:

  1. Log into the SignUpGenius mobile app.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the bottom navigation.
  3. Tap Point of Sale.
  4. Toggle on Require signature at checkout.
