SignUpGenius Tickets will be retired on December 31, 2026 — but the good news is that ticketing isn't going anywhere. It's now built directly into your SignUpGenius dashboard with a completely upgraded experience. Sell tickets, generate scannable QR codes, and manage your events all in one place.
In the meantime, you can keep managing your existing ticket pages in SignUpGenius Tickets through December 31, 2026.
Key dates
- October 1, 2026 — Last day to create a new ticket page in SignUpGenius Tickets.
- December 31, 2026 — SignUpGenius Tickets is retired. All active campaigns must end by this date. The legacy Ticket Scanning app also retires on this date.
- January 15, 2027 — Last day to access and export your historical Tickets data. Make sure to save anything you need before this date.
What's replacing it
The new Ticketing tool is available now from your SignUpGenius dashboard. Everything you used in the legacy tool is there, plus upgrades: scannable QR code tickets, point-of-sale ticketing via the SignUpGenius mobile app, and event management all in one place.
To get started, log in to your account and select Create from your dashboard.
