There are two ways you can view and print data from your sign up. When logged in to your account, you can choose the Print Version option from the Admin Toolbar at the top of your sign up or from the Tools icon on the left side of your account Sign Ups page.
You can also create a report of all sign up data by clicking the Reports icon from the left side of your account Sign Ups page. Here, you can build various reports to view sign-up data. You can also export reports to Excel.
- Log In: Go to SignUpGenius.com and log in with your email and password.
- Access Reports: On your account page, click the Reports icon on the left-hand side. Select the sign up(s) for which you want to run a report.
- Set Date Range: Choose to include all dates from the selected sign ups or enter specific dates you’d like to include.
- Choose Report Type: For the most comprehensive data, select List of Sign Ups for Export to Excel with All Fields.
- Filter and View Options: Use the View Report Without Blank Slots button (on the left of the report view) to see only filled slots. Viewing the report with blank slots will show both filled slots and those still available.
- Sort Data: Click any column heading (e.g., "First Name") to sort the report data by that field.
Reports for RSVP Sign Ups
If your sign up is in RSVP format (where invitees only respond with "Yes" or "No"), reports cannot be generated because there are no specific slots to track. In this case, use the Print Version option from the Admin Toolbar to save your responses.
