Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your SignUpGenius password, don’t worry—it’s easy to reset it.

1. Go to the Log In Page.

2. Click Forgot Your Password?

3. Enter your account email address.

4. Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the instructions.

Helpful Notes

• Unrecognized Email Address
  If you do not receive an email to reset your password, it’s possible the email address was mistyped when the account was initially created.  In this case, please get in touch with our support team, provide your first and last name, and we’ll help track down your login information.

• Password Requirements
  Your new password must include:

  • At least 8 characters

  • At least 1 number

  • At least 1 symbol

  • At least 1 uppercase letter

  • At least 1 lowercase letter

  • First, check your spam or junk folder.
