To merge two basic accounts, please go to SignUpGenius.com and log in to the account you don't want to keep. These steps must be taken on the full site, as this is not currently available on our mobile site. Click Settings from the upper right side of your account page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the option for Need to Merge Accounts? and click the link.
Enter the email address and password for the second account, the account you want to keep. Choose to keep the second account and confirm the merge.
To merge a subscription account with a basic account, it is necessary to first merge the free account into the paid account. You can then change the account email to the preferred email address after the merge is complete. You can follow these steps:
- Log into the Basic Account- Go to SignUpGenius.com and log in to the basic (free) account.
- Access Settings- Click on the circle with your initials or profile picture in the upper right corner of the account page and choose Settings.
- Merge Accounts- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Need to Merge Accounts? link. Enter the email address and password for the subscription account. Choose to keep the second account and confirm the merge.
- Update Email Address- Once the merge is complete, log into the newly merged account. Click on the initials in the upper right corner and select Settings. On the Profile tab, update the email address if necessary. Click Update Profile at the bottom to save the changes.
