Sometimes, email providers get a little overprotective and block messages from us. When that happens, our system can’t validate your email, and—bam!—your account gets disabled. But don’t worry, it’s an easy fix.
How to Get Your Account Re-Enabled:
- Contact SignUpGenius Support – Our team will review your account and provide next steps to get you back in action.
- Check Your Email – Keep an eye out for a response from us (and don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder).
Why Did This Happen?
Email providers sometimes flag our messages as spam. If your email provider marks our emails as spam, we can’t verify your email.
Your organization’s domain may be blocking us. If you’re using a work or school email, it’s possible their IT department has blocked our emails.
How to Prevent This in the Future:
- Add info@signupgenius.com to your email contacts or safe sender list.
- If you’re using a work or school email, ask your IT department to whitelist our email address so messages from us aren’t blocked.
Once your account is re-enabled, you’ll be back to signing up, scheduling, and organizing like a pro!
