Need to manage extra sign-ups for a full event? No problem! Gold subscribers can use the waitlist feature to let participants add themselves to a waitlist when slots are full, making it easy for you to track interest and fill openings as they become available.
The Waitlist option will not show until the slot is full. Once slots are full, participants will see a Join Waitlist button for each full slot with a Waitlist added.
How to Add a Waitlist to New Slots
- Log in to your SignUpGenius account.
- Click the Created tab to view your sign ups.
- Click the ellipsis icon (displayed as •••) next to the sign up and select Edit.
- Go to the Slots tab and click the Add Slots button.
- Enter the slot details (title, number of slots available, and dates).
- Check the Waitlist option.
- Click Save or Save and Add Another if you have multiple slots to add.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green Save button to confirm your changes.
How to Add a Waitlist to Existing Slots
- Log in and open your sign up from the Created tab.
- Click the ellipsis icon (displayed as •••) next to the sign up and select Edit.
- Navigate to the Slots tab.
- Locate the slot you want to modify and click the pencil icon next to it.
- Check the Waitlist box and save your changes.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save to apply updates to the entire sign up.
