Did your sign up disappear? Don’t worry—it didn’t vanish into thin air! When all the dates on a sign up have passed, it automatically moves into your Past Sign Ups section. If you need to reopen it for more sign ups or edits, here’s how to bring it back.
Finding Past Sign Ups
If all the dates on your sign up have passed, it will move to your Past Sign Ups section. To find this section:
- Log in and go to your Created section.
- Click the menu showing All to the right of the Created section. Select Past from the drop down menu.
Locate your sign up. Click the three dots at the bottom right to make changes to the sign up.
Extending the End Date or Reopening Your Sign Up
Once you've found your past sign up, you have two options to reopen it:
If your sign up is in Slots Only format:
- Go to the Slots tab and find the Sign Up End Date field.
- Click the calendar icon and choose a new future date.
- Click Save to make the sign up available again.
For other formats:
- Go to the Slots tab and add new dates as needed.
- Ensure that all necessary items are assigned to the new dates.
- Click Save to update your sign up.
That’s it! Your sign up is now active again, and participants can continue signing up until the new date passes.
