What does Pending mean?
Don’t panic - when your message is labeled Pending, it’s not broken or lost. It’s paused while our team gives it a quick review.
This review helps us prevent unwanted spam from being blasted through our system. Why? If internet providers think we’re sending spam, they can block all SignUpGenius emails. Nobody wants that.
What happens next?
Once approved, your email will be sent automatically. You don't need to resend it or edit the message.
How long does the Pending status last?
Good news: not long. Reviews usually happen quickly, and once cleared, your email goes right out.
