Whether you're a sign up creator updating details or a participant who needs to change your slot, editing a sign up should be quick and easy. If something’s getting in the way, a few checks can help you get back to making those edits in no time.
If you created the sign up
If you’re trying to edit a sign up you created but don’t see it on your Created tab, it may be tied to a different account.
First, double-check that you’re logged in using the same email address where you receive notifications about the sign up. If you have more than one SignUpGenius account, the sign up may be connected to a different login.
If you created the sign up as a sub-admin on a subscription account, make sure you’re logged into your sub-admin role and not your personal account. You can learn more about that here.
If you are logged in as a sub-admin but the sign up still isn’t available, the main administrator may have updated your permissions. In that case, the main administrator can review or adjust admin access. Learn more about adding admins to an account here.
It’s also possible the main account subscription is no longer active. If that happens, sub-admin roles are removed and any sign ups created under that account will no longer appear on your dashboard.
If you still need to manage the sign up, the main account owner can transfer the sign up to you by following these steps.
