What participants can see will vary based on the settings selected when creating the Sign Up. There are many ways to customize the visibility for both free and premium accounts!
By default, when viewing an active Sign Up of any format, participants will be able to see all past and future dates for the sign up. They will also see the names and the public comment of any participants that have signed up. They will not see other participants email addresses, phone numbers, or replies to custom questions.
Before publishing a sign up, you will see multiple preview categories on the Publish tab. The Sign Up Preview will display a sample of the main sign up page once published, while the Participant Preview will display the second page of the sign up process where participants confirm details, which appears after participants have selected either Sign Up or RSVP Now.
All account levels have access to the following features to limit participant visibility:
- Hide participant’s names and comments on a sign up. As the sign up creator, you will still be able to see names and comments since you are logged in.
-
Add an Access Code to a sign up so that only group members who have the code can view the sign up.
Premium accounts have access to even more features to customize visibility! To learn more about our premium features and compare plans, click here.
The following features are available to premium accounts, starting at the Silver level:
- Hide number wanted for slots on the sign up. This feature allows you to easily display the number of participants signed up without revealing the specific quantity you're asking for.
- Hide past or future dates on a sign up.
