The Visitor Report is a powerful tool for organizers! See exactly who stopped by your collection but didn't complete a payment — so you can follow up and seal the deal. It's also a fantastic way to grow your marketing or client list and expand your reach!
Two sides of the visitor report
- Payer facing: The Visitor Report feature can be enabled in Build > Settings. When turned on, visitors will be asked to enter their name and email address before they can view the items on your payment page. Once they submit their information, they’ll gain access to the page and can continue browsing and making payments.
- Organizer report: The output of collecting all of this information is an actual "Visitor Report" that the organizer can access from the Manage view, by going to Manage > Visitors. On this report, organizers can see not only the name and email of those who visited their collection, but also the date of their first and last visit and the number of times each individual visited the collection. The organizer can view this report online and can also download an excel export of the Visitor Report.
