Organizers get robust reporting on ticket orders and can take specific actions on purchased tickets, like changing ticket status, resending tickets, and adding attendee notes. Here's how.
View ticket orders on your Payment Page
You can view ticket order information online, or offline by downloading a spreadsheet or PDF report:
- From the Manage view, click the Items tab. You'll see a table of your items and tickets, showing quantity sold and amount collected.
- Click the ticket name to see a table with your attendees, the Participant who purchased, ticket numbers, and ticket status. To the right of each ticket, click the three-dot icon to take action on that ticket (more on this below).
- If you added questions to the ticket beyond name and email, you'll see a Responses toggle at the top of the table. Click it to filter question responses by attendee or by question.
- Once you've made your selections, you'll see the corresponding data.
Change the status of a ticket
A ticket can have one of three statuses:
- Active: The ticket is available and can be redeemed in the future. A ticket is Active as soon as it's purchased.
- Redeemed: The ticket has already been used and can't be used again. If a ticket was redeemed by mistake, the Organizer can reactivate it.
- Revoked: The ticket has been voided and can't be used again. Revoking a ticket can't be undone. Common reasons to revoke a ticket include a cancelled event or a refunded ticket. Revoking a ticket doesn't automatically refund it — you'll need to process a refund separately.
On the web platform, change a ticket's status from a drop-down action menu in two places:
- The Order Summary for a specific payment (Manage > Payments > Order Summary)
- The Ticket Report (Manage > Items > Ticket Report)
On the mobile app, change a ticket's status by following these steps:
- Tap the Payment Page with the ticket you want to change.
- If you're logged in as the Organizer, tap Tickets from the Payment Page's Manage view. If you're logged in with an Event Code, tap Attendee List instead.
- Swipe left on a ticket to reveal Redeem (if it hasn't been redeemed) or Revoke (if it hasn't been revoked). You can also tap the ticket to take the same actions from the Ticket Details view.
