The SignUpGenius dashboard, where you manage and monitor all of your sign ups after logging into your account, has been refreshed to help you manage your sign ups faster and with less clutter. You'll notice cleaner layouts, better filtering options, and tools designed to save you time.
Find Your Sign Ups Quickly
Your main sign up views—Created, Invited To, Signed Up, and Archived—are now in the first dropdown menu at the top of the Sign Ups dashboard. This single location replaces the tabs and scattered links from before, so you can switch between views with one click.
Filter and Sort Your Way
Use the dropdown menus across the filter bar to narrow down your sign ups:
- Sign up type: Filter by Created, Invited To, Signed Up, or Archived
- Sign up status: Show Draft, Active, Past, or Favorites only
- Sort options: Organize by newest to oldest, oldest to newest, or alphabetical order (A-Z or Z-A)
Each selection updates the menu options that follow, so you're only seeing filters that apply to your current view.
Save Your Favorite Dashboard Layout
The dashboard used to auto-save your last view, which wasn't always what you expected. Now, use the bookmark icon to save your preferred filter combination and layout as your default. This way, you'll see exactly what you want every time you log in across all your devices.
Other Handy Tools
Look for these action buttons at the top right of your sign up list:
- Calendar View: See your sign ups displayed on a calendar by date
- Bulk Transfer: Move or manage multiple sign ups at once
- Favorites: Quickly access your starred sign ups
What's Different in Your Sign Up Panels
The sign up cards themselves have been redesigned for easier scanning:
- Larger thumbnail images so you can spot sign ups visually
- Cleaner layouts with improved spacing
- Updated icons and status indicators for active, draft, past, and starred sign ups
For sign ups with multiple dates: Participants will see one card per date instead of one per slot. They can click Manage slots or Manage waitlist to make edits or delete their slot directly from the Sign Up page.
