The next level of SignUpGenius is here. We're introducing a new suite of payment tools built directly into your SignUpGenius dashboard.
As the largest product expansion in SignUpGenius history, these 7 new tools give organizers more ways to collect money, manage payments, and engage their communities, all from the same account and dashboard you already use today.
What's Available Today
Three new tools are available from the Create menu, and can be managed under the Product Pages tab in your SignUpGenius dashboard:
- Fundraisers – Create fundraising campaigns and collect donations online.
- Online Stores – Sell merchandise, spirit wear, supplies, and more.
- Dues & Fees – Collect registrations, membership dues, program fees, and recurring payments.
Additional tools are coming soon, including Events with Ticketing, Peer-to-Peer Fundraisers, Forms & Waivers, and Group Gifts.
More Ways to Collect and Manage
Whether you're collecting annual membership dues, selling team merchandise, running a fundraising campaign, accepting program registrations, or managing club fees, SignUpGenius' new payment tools give you powerful ways to collect from your community.
These new tools combine payment collection, forms, reporting, and fund management into a single experience. Instead of piecing together multiple services, organizers can create pages, collect payments, review submissions, and manage funds - all from within their existing SignUpGenius account.
Beyond collecting money, each tool includes robust features designed for specific use cases. Depending on the tool you choose, you can manage inventory, track fundraising goals, collect registrations and form responses, offer recurring payments, customize checkout experiences, and access detailed reporting. These tools are built to help organizers manage their programs, events, and communities - not just process payments.
Getting Started
Creating a payment page takes just a few minutes.
- Click Create.
- Select the type of page you'd like to create:
- Online Store
- Fundraiser
- Dues & Fees
- Complete a brief, one-time setup directly within SignUpGenius.
- Customize and publish your page.
- Share your page and start collecting.
Once created, your payment pages will appear in the new Payment Pages section of your dashboard, where you can manage pages, track activity, and access reporting.
Note: Payment pages are currently available only to account owners and primary administrators. Sub-admins will not see payment page creation or management options at this time.
Note: If you currently collect payments through a sign up, your experience is unchanged. Sign ups that use payment collection will continue to appear in your regular Sign Ups view on your dashboard, and payment management, reporting, and withdrawals will continue to be available through the Collect section of SignUpGenius’ left navigation.
Reporting and Management
Every payment page includes built-in reporting, allowing organizers to monitor their pages, track submissions, manage funds, and access payment activity directly within SignUpGenius.
Each payment page includes a dedicated Manage experience where organizers can:
- View payment activity
- Track transactions
- Review form responses and collected information
- Access downloadable reports
- Finish setup and initiate withdrawals
This allows organizers to manage both payments and reporting without switching between multiple platforms.
Withdrawing Funds
When you're ready to access your funds, simply complete your verification requirements, connect a bank account, and initiate a withdrawal.
Once your account is verified, you can choose from several withdrawal options, including:
- Standard bank transfers
- Gift card payout options
- Instant bank withdrawals - available within 30 minutes (dependent upon eligibility)
This Is Just the Beginning
The launch of Online Stores, Fundraisers, and Dues & Fees marks the first phase of a broader expansion of SignUpGenius. In the coming weeks, organizers will have even more ways to coordinate activities, collect money, and manage their groups from a single platform.

SignUpGenius' new Payment Pages are available on all plans - even our free plan! Payment processing on payment pages is:
Credit Card: 3.95% + $0.95 per transaction
eCheck (ACH Debit): 1.95% (minimum $1.00) per transaction
Note: By default, fees are passed to the payer. Organizers can control who pays fees (organizer or payers) for each individual payment page.
Withdrawing to a connected ban account is free. Instant withdrawal (receive funds within 30 minutes, if eligible) comes with a 1.95% (minimum $1.00) fee.
