Find and Create a Hyperlink to Your Sign Up

Need to send your sign up out into the world? A clickable hyperlink makes it easy to share your sign up in an email, newsletter, document, or website without pasting a long URL.

First, grab the unique link to your sign up from your account. Then, you can take that link to turn it into clickable text like Sign Up Here, Volunteer Now, or anything else that fits your message.

Find Your Sign Up Link

Once your sign up is published, you can find the link at any time.

1. Log in to your SignUpGenius account and go to the Created tab.
2. Click the ••• icon next to the sign up and select Edit.
3. Go to the Share tab.
4. Click Copy Link next to your sign up URL.

You can also open the published sign up and copy the URL directly from your browser's address bar.

Note: Your sign up must be published before you can share the live sign up link.

Create a Hyperlink

A hyperlink lets you turn words such as Sign Up Here or Volunteer Now into a clickable link instead of displaying the full URL.

To create one:

1. Type the text you want people to click, such as Sign Up Here.
2. Highlight the text.
3. Select the Insert Link or Hyperlink option in the email program, document editor, or website tool you are using.
4. Paste your SignUpGenius link into the URL or web address field.
5. Save or apply the link.

When participants click the hyperlinked text, they will be taken directly to your sign up.

Genius Tip: Before sending or publishing your message, click the hyperlink to make sure it opens the correct sign up.
