Peer-to-Peer product sales fundraisers let your Participants sell items on your behalf — each with their own page connected to your campaign store. This article walks you through building your store, configuring Participant options, and publishing your fundraiser.

- Choose Product Sales as your fundraiser type.
Basic Info
- Enter your fundraiser name, description, and a contact name for questions.
- If you want your fundraiser to close automatically, set an end date and time. If you'd prefer to close it manually, leave these fields blank.

Participant Options
Registration
Toggle on Public Registration to add a sign-up button directly to your fundraising page. This lets anyone who discovers your campaign sign up as a Participant on their own. If you leave this off, you'll need to share the registration link yourself to control who joins.
To add a personal touch to the invitation, enter a custom message in the Participant Invitation Email field. Participants will see this message when they're invited to create their own fundraising page.
Participant Pages
Choose how much control Participants have over their individual pages:
- Allow Participants to update their display name, or limit it to first name and last initial only
- Let Participants add their own photo or video
- Give Participants the option to write a short note to their supporters
- Show a leaderboard on each Participant's individual page
Goal Setting
Choose how individual fundraising goals are handled:
- Participants set their own goal — each Participant chooses their own target
- You set the goal — all Participants are assigned the same goal amount
- No goal — Participants sell as much as they can with no target set
Click Save to continue.
Add Your Items
Click Add Item and choose from three item types:
- Donation item or preset donation
- Basic item
- Item with variations (like a t-shirt in multiple sizes)
Item with Variations: Add the title and define your variations — like size. Set the price and quantity at the variation level, add a description, and add any item-level questions.
Basic Item: Enter the name, cost, and description, then configure availability, discounts, and any item-level questions.
Donation Item: Enter a name for the donation and choose the amount type — either a fixed amount or an open amount that lets donors give whatever they'd like. Add a description and photo, then configure availability and any item-level fundraising goals. Add item-level questions if needed.
Click Save after adding each item.
Purchase Settings
- Toggle on Allow General Sales so supporters can check out from the main fundraising page without going through a specific Participant's page.
- Click Add Question to include custom questions supporters will answer at checkout.

- Add Participants manually by entering their details directly
- Upload a file using the provided template
- Copy and paste Participant details in bulk
You can also create teams and assign individual Participants to them.
